Full-Time Leader

We are looking for an experienced full-time church leader who:

• has a passion to see Jesus changing lives
• is a gifted preacher and teacher who can bring a stimulating and challenging biblical perspective
• is culturally aware, people-centred, community minded and evangelistically proactive
• has a creative mind and is able to think and act strategically
• is committed to see people flourish and equipped as they serve God in the church and local community.

The Full-Time Leader will lead our Leadership Team in a mutually accountable environment and will help to bring energy, challenge and focus to church life and mission in shaping the church vision over the next 3 years.

Alma is a lively central Bristol independent evangelical church with around 130 adults, students and young people and a growing number of young families. We have a significant student participation in church life, a number of youth groups, home groups and a seniormembers group. Alma is knit together with strong relationships and a desire to serve God, each other and the community around us.
